The Rev. Anna C. Noon, Pilgrim Missioner in Santiago de Compostela
The Rev. Anna C. Noon has been actively involved in the mission and ministry of the Episcopal Church and Anglican Communion for over 40 years. Baptized and confirmed in the Diocese of Kentucky, she received her Bachelors degree in music from The University of the South, Sewanee, Tennessee, and her Masters of Divinity from The General Theological Seminary in NYC in 2010. Sponsored for ordination by Christ and St. Luke’s in the Diocese of Southern Virginia, Anna’s priestly service has been in parishes in Virginia, Maryland, and New Jersey. Prior to ordained life, Anna worked in the telecommunications industry.
Rev. Anna moved to Santiago de Compostela and began her ministry with pilgrims Easter Day, 2022. Licensed by the Rt. Rev. Carlos López Lozano, Bishop of Iglesia Española Reformada Episcopal, Anna currently serves as Priest-in-Charge at Santa Susana’s and Pilgrim Missioner for the Anglican Centre in Santiago. She has walked multiple Camino routes, including the Inglés, Portugués, Finisterre & Muxia, and several sections of the Frances, including the long trek from St. Jean Pied de Port in 2021.
